The kawana is supposedly designed as a gym shoe which can also be used for running. So if you're okay with that I'd say try them. If not I'd personally go for something with a lower stackheight. Maybe a boston 9 or something like that or an altra if you can handle zero drop since they'd probably feel a bit more stable on lifts.

If you want a stable shoe that comes in wide and pretty similar, check out the nb 860v11. It’s a chunky shoe, but you should enjoy it infinitely more than the structure 22. If you don’t need super stable shoes, but just something that’s not marshmallow soft, you could probably even wear the 880v10 in wide.
